@ I'd recommend looking for businesses, like advertising agencies in your city and writing emails to them introducing yourself as a freelancer. That's how I got started. After you have some clients, they start recommending you to other people and it goes from there.

I've been a designer for well over 15 years now but for the majority of that lifespan I've been working at an agency doing nothing too creative. Only 4 years ago I decided to switch jobs, and also starting to freelance on the side. Why am I saying this? Well probably just to tell you that although I'm already a slightly old fart (turning 42 what?), I still feel like I'm just starting out. I'm the only designer at the agency I work at now and get a lot of freedom, but it does come with the cost of almost constant imposter syndrome. Pretty sure I'll get a ton out of your videos. You deliver and present top notch work!
