Thank you for replying to each question of your viewers. First, i thought this is free. Then, I understand from your pinned comment that it is a must-paid platform. How is that so? I mean i thought it is like any other free platform, like zoom etc. I'm perplexed Ma'am.

Zoom isn't free. There are limits to how long you can use it which is why many teachers invest in the Pro version so they can teach lessons longer than 40 minutes. You are paying for the platform, the booking system, the payment portal and optional materials. If you are looking for something lower cost, check out my DIY freelancing video.

Hello, does it have a placement test for students to take? So that we know which level they should be in.

The levels are based off of the CEFR so you can use any standard exam to place your students. There are a few different ones online depending on if you are teaching kids or adults.

To do freelance ESL do I need to have a business license from my state of residency?

Each state is different. Some US teachers get an LLC. I'm in Australia and have registered as a sole trader.

Can I upload interactive slides that I have made on PowerPoint?

PowerPoints will upload as PDFs to help with device comparability and so that both you and the student can annotate. If you want to keep all your animations, you would need to screen share.

How many participants can attend in a group?

Here is the support article that says 8 students: support.learncube.com/en/articles/2468344-how-many-students-can-i-teach-in-a-virtual-classroom The one for freelance teachers is the "lite" version. Maybe you saw the 15 people limit for the language school version.
