Hey Coach. I’m almost 20 years old. I currently coach 7on7 football. Next year I’m going to own my own 7on7 team at the age of 20. I just want your help on how I can become a better coach, my dream is to be a Sean McVay type coach. Definitely want to be the youngest coach EVER in the league. But I also want to be successful and a football Genius like Bill Belichick. Football is in my DNA. I’ve loved it since I was 9 years old. That will never change.

Learn as much as you can from other coaches. What they do off the field and during the off-season is critical. Start coaching youth football. Establishing trust with children and parents will build you for the high school level and beyond. Go to clinics whether it be online or in person. Write your goals down and look at them every day to assure that you're doing something to help accomplish your goals.
