I think most of agencies/ hospital prefered with recent experience, but if currently unemployed for less than a year they still accept po. Just give them explanation letter why you where vacant on that period of time po.

Pero base sa experience po most of the agencies they will ask for your OET or english exam po before ka nila hanapan ng hospital. If you have COE before daw po sa mga hospital na un, proceed n lang daw po kau sa solicitor to attest na nag work kau sa hospital na un kaso nag sara na sila. Then make an explanation letter na lang p.

If you want to declare your experience sir sa mga hospital na yun then you really need to secure a signatures. Ang salary rate po kc dito sir is naka base sya sa hospital experience mo. If you have a total of 15 years but you only want to declare 10 years then un lang po ung icacount as your previous experience so un po ung magiging salary rate mo. You can decide mam whether to process your papers in Philippines or in saudi arabia, mine before, I process everything from saudi arabia. Your future depends on what you will do today po, advice ko po if you really want to pursue Ireland start your processing po, and yes as a nurse we have a chance to apply for permanent residency after 3 yrs and you can also apply for dual citizenship after 5 years.
