Hi Aaron, Thanks for this great video. It really motivates me to keep going. I already have 2 years of experience as a google ads senior rep and am now about to build my own agency. So I already have the product knowledge but no own client reputation. How would you proceed in my case? Im trying cold emails as my main outreach method but so far the response rate is quite low. How could I define my offer to land my first client? again thanks for the great content. your channel is always the first source i use when i try to learn more about google ads.

Originally, did you sign up clients mainly online or in person? One problem I've found is most clients with a decent budget want to meet face to face. Don't know if this is a British thing or not but almost every company willing to pay £1500+ for a website pushed for a face to face meeting before signing up.

Thanks Aaron for the advice! As a freelancer, what other areas should we fundamentally know and understand? Since we would be the one doing the whole set up for the client as a freelancer, I assume setting up conversions so a good understanding of how tracking works, which means GA4, tag manager... Anything else? I have another question, where do we start to get our first clients? Can I start online like upwork? Thanks!

upwork is a great start. and yes master conversion tracking, campaign management, building reports. it will take some time to become a true expert though like he says.
