So I have one more prerequisite to get done before I am able to apply to the Rad Tech program. I am a veteran using Educational benefits. The accredited program is with UChealth that I have go through from the school I am currently attending. However, from the UChealth site it is said that only CT is accepting VA benefits. So my question is basically is X-ray mandatory to start out before going CT? Will I have to pay for X-ray out of pocket myself first? Or is X-ray a choice that is recommended?
