I am confused about the CESR pathway. 1. You mention becoming a consultant, not doctor, what does that mean? Can I work as a radiologist in UK like every other radiologist if I go through the CESR pathway if I finish my specialty in another country recognized by the UK? 2. Is it possible to do 2 years (24 months) in radiology in another country and then due to being overqualified enter radiology in UK and continue my specialty at the ST2 or ST3 level in a UK hospital? 3. If I can continue my specialty do I have to do the MRSA exam as well or go straight to FRCR?

Best branch in UK is GP and Pathology overall. In money aspect , it is Plastic surgery and Orthopaedics. Least satisfied ones are Emergency medicine, General medicine Subspecialties. Radiology is not a very respected branch in UK like in India
