I’m unsure, but they don’t ask to see your car. If you have a license, you can get by.

if is required to complete your 12 Month Internship, why do some agencies offer 3 month program with training? or are those two completely different things?

Training is just so you know what to do when you’re doing the internship. Maybe the 3 month program is the logbook, it’s a little complex. The company you choose will guide you through.
