Hi lovely, thank you so much for your feedback. I can't really give you advise on how to use upwork because we don't personally use it. It is an option for you but I would always try to get clients alone.

Could you provide any solution on - most of the clients nowadays are choosing to work with established players only experienced people who have previous projects done 2-4 yrs experience in my field of AEC construction hvac design industry where i as an engineer deal with air conditioning commercial projects, with 2-3 projects done in internship beginning stage - how to make our portfolio attractive to get flow of clients & stand out from the crowd in competition of the market where everyone is getting cheaper with prices ? How to convince clients on LinkedIn app or any other.. any good books on this subject..
