I have seen people who do not take constructive feedback too. They might become jealous that I am working harder or more diligent and look for ways to pull me down (You caught my mistake? Some day I will catch yours and highlight it out of proportion!). There are people even worse. If I am working hard, they want to target me by playing politics and landing me in a soup so that I look bad to higher ups.
