Taxs are always unique to company and person. Generally you can depreciate the equipment and other major initial investments.

I know right? Then They want to call it a license. Sounds too exclusive. Makes me want to buy coffee at the local mom and pop stores I don't need that fancy stuff.Did you notice all their products may cause cancer signs? They can keep that stuff. Who needs it?
