Great interview. I'm also a musician and Lead Developer. I approach software development like music: Understand principles, Learn more by creating... rinse and repeat.

Thanks for the Interview. I believe the video could be shorter with the same main content.

Yeah, it could definitely be shorter. It's hard to make it perfectly efficient while livestreaming though. I haven't figured it all out yet :)

That's a good idea. Are there any other specific topics related to junior devs you would want to hear about?

@@FaradayAcademy yes, like if they discourage they thought they dont fit for this and they are seeing another simple streams in software field. I saw so many people switching there careers that they dont fit in there roles bcz of the discouraging words And how they should Stop taking stress from work and even now it is work from home which juniors facing so many issues regarding work and communication with there collegues. 1. Stress 2. Pressure 3. NO HEALTHY life bcz of WFH (its just like 24hrs work) 4. Balancing personal and professional life 5. How to deviate from the work to enjoy the personal life . 6. Even some people will get coding dreams and fear of fixing errors. Take few topics gwenf and give strength and confidence to junior devs. Bcz these days we need more motivation to work productively. (Bcz of work from home) I hope few people get motivated if you do video on it. Thank you🙂

Guy had some funny one liners . Haven't watched much live streams before ,but the replying to chat while he replies make it seems like not paying attention. I guess Gwen super at multitasking :-)

Hello faraday! Could you give me some advice please? Right now I have 2 job offers, the first one is to be a software consultant, and another one for backend developer, which would you recommend me to? I am python/nodejs/cloud developer, DBA and data scientist. I love coding but I feel that an experience as software consultant could be more enriching so I don't know what to do 🥺
@RaterisimoCBA2 жыл бұрын
I think you've already kinda answered that yourself, go for the first one (software consultant). If you're already tech savy you might get more out of a position that involves talking to people and coordinating teams than just learning "new tech" or applying it.

Ok. Those are cherry brown switches and it’s right next to the mic. I can try speed switches and adjust the setup 😊
