Hi, so our company is now in network provider in VA Houston Texas. Just need your insights how we can get clients from VA

Build relationships with social workers and case managers who work for the VA. Also, advertise and market to your target audience that you accept VA. Depending on the area you are in, the VA may only make up 5-20% of your members in attendance. Therefore, it’s a good partnership but you cannot rely on the VA entirely to support your center!!

VA SW in my area do not know about this program. Therefore, they don't know how to make a referral through CCN. I've been a CCN provider since 2018

I looked into becoming a VA provider for Adult Day Care and I was told my area is closed. I know my other options are private pay, Medicaid Waver and Long term Insurance. Do you know of any other forms of fees? Thank you
