Hey Laur thank you so much for this video. I have been thinking about being an Event Conteng Creator for a year know but never really knew how to get started. This was so refreshing to hear. I'm a beauty, lifestyle and foodie creator on IG and I just looooove everything content. It's a true passion if mine. I'm not really sure how to start if I should just pitch the same way I so my beauty and food page. So you have templates to use for pitching in that realm. I'm just so happy I came across your video. Any tips on how the best method to transfer content to clients? i've been using shared albums but it's glitching badly on me.

I'm a big fan of Dropbox for this reason - shared albums have a tendency to go sideways and Dropbox preserves file quality. Bonus that you can divide content into folders to make it less overwhelming for your clients. great question!

@@PlanWithLaur Thank you. So I'm currently testing this by sending the link to the folder to another email of mine. the video quality (4k) is sooo bad. Idk what to do at this point, have you experienced that?

@@itsgoldenchains w/Dropbox you mean? The online link will preview in 480p but when you download the original file the original quality is preserved!

Hello, love the content you post! can you make a video on how you make the posts etc? im trying to search everywhere online and can't find a video of how they do it, do they post the content on there own business instagram page and tag them? do they use there account? how does it all work. if there is a video could you point me in the right direction. Thank you!

What do you do when people feel you’re not needed, because so many times I’m told, nah we don’t need your services, we’ve got our media guys on ground. So I end up making little contents for myself and post on my page and since no one obviously got that moment on phone or so nicely as I did, they always go like, hey please send me this clips, I do send it (but deep down I’m like, that’s why you need me in the first place). And then weeks later, everyone’s still posting pictures and videos I took while waiting for the media guys to be done editing. So how do you convince them in the beginning. Thank you Laur

Hi I'm sorry just getting to this now! Impostor syndrome is so real in this business - and not just for wedding content creators. I hear photographers / planners / florists all talk to me about how hard they find it to get in and then fit in. Content creation really is a specialty and a craft. Sure, if you have a good eye you can probably do OK. But having an eye does not make you a good vendor. How you work with others makes you a good vendor. And how you make your clients feel is the most important. I would really focus on your craft and your portfolio before going to market. good luck out there!
