HOW TO BECOME A YOUTH ACTIVIST!!

Over the past five years, I have had some INCREDIBLE opportunities to speak out and get my voice heard as a young person. I discuss my five top tips for being a youth activist that I wish I'd know when I started getting involved in youth voice. A lot of the charities and organisations I worked with were apolitical and as such, I'd just like to take this opportunity to state that all views here on my KZbin channel are my own!

I wanted to be an activist to maintain justice, peace, harmony among the people on this mother land. I am inspired with your contribution and reckless effort to make the world so beautiful as it deserve. I want your help to get into the activitism to work on the frontline to speak for everyone's rights. I found many speechless people around me who were stubborn for their legal rights. Just beacuse I am a student I am frequently targeted well for taking stand for those speechless people. I really want to approach International activism organisations/personalities to join them to have a very strong back up to get justics for every individual. Well spoken, in the UK parliamentary tradition. I don't think you would make such an impression in the Dutch or German Parliaments. There it is much more about content and not about emotion. Just realise the different political cultures if you go work internationally (I did) and you will be fine!

When I was talking about Twitter, I was more talking about organisations that post links to opportunities that you can apply for and not necessarily liking and retweeting. Apologies if this wasn't clear!

Imogen White What signing a petition to end world hunger with a click of a finger? Rebuilding an entire city just like that? Hating billionaires for not donating billions and destroying economies? You can’t end crime, world hunger, racism, sexism, homophobia. It’s simple, there will always be ignorance and people willing to break the law. As unfair as it sounds that’s the way the world works

@@quagmire4469 of course these things will still exist!, but giving up/not speaking out or doing anything does not help anybody, whilst actively campaigning, signing online petitions or speaking out are positive acts that could help to educate others, cause genuine change and save lives.

@@quagmire4469 with that attitude women still wouldn't have the vote today, gay marriage wouldn't be legal, the death penalty would still be around in all countries and continents not just a few , yes you're right it will never go completely but look at what has been accomplished so far and tell me it still isn't worth fighting for - for even that small improvement it's a better world than it was.
