onyia calista All you need to do first is to contact the school I linked in my description box, Beauty therapy institute,Lagos or Abuja and study for the manual Facial and cosmetic science courses. Then you can now do the advanced courses like lasers and peels . But one step at a time and the good thing is you can work and school while you are in the school.

No , BTI does not train you to be an injector . If you are not a nurse , you would need to have different levels of beauty certificates before training to be an injector

I’m interested in opening a aesthetic spa in Nigeria in a nurse from abroad do I need to get certified with the board of nurses in the state I’m planning on doing it? As a nurse can I give injections without a doctors orders?

Hello,the butterfly, to answer your questions. Yes,you need to get certified by the nursing and midwifery council of Nigeria to even practice as a nurse in the country. That is the only certification you need as a nurse . Other requirements of owing an aesthetic spa will be certification in the aesthetic industry and your certification on injectables from abroad and legal health boards in Nigeria to run a business . Yes,you can also give injectables such as Botox and fillers without doctors prescription .
