Sir, I have studied M.Sc.,B.Ed.,M.Phil., and qualified SET., NET., GATE in chemistry. I am going to submit my PhD thesis next month with 9 papers. I have teaching experience for 6.5 yrs in colleges after the qualification. I could not get college post in aided colleges because of the heavy corruption and I am unable to pay 40-45 lks. I have applied for arts college TRB in 2019 but there also corruption in interview.Also annamalai University excessive faculties issues are also there. It is better to try any other competitive exams like TNPSC and UPSC exams which will give the jobs rather than SET or NET which are just qualifications..

For Engineering and core science specialisation, it is CSIR exam. For Arts, Commerce and science it is UGC NET exam.

Sir, I have completed MA.,MPhil in English.i hd 10 years experience in Arts and science colleges. But my percentage in MA is 54.8. At that period.,(2005-2010) I worked in colleges.But to undergo treatment for child,I resigned my job,and went to Bangalore. Now my son is going to school,studying in 5th standard.Now I desires to go job. Not spoken about the percentage in ug and pg. in ug level 2nd class is required and pg level 55% is required. You also not spoken about set exam. It is conducted but state level if you pass you are eligible to apply in that state only. Buy Net exam if you pass all over India you can apply

Guest lecturer is appointed for a Semester, for next Semester another contract has to be made, depends whether the college or University want to continue, salary will be based on hourly basis. Assistant Professor is a recognized post, you will have the contract with the college for one year, contract will be renewed every year, salary will be on monthly basis.
