Nicely explained. Thanks for the information. I have a bachelor and B.Ed but the only thing I need is experience and ib schools don't take freshers. In India jobs are purely on recomendation basis nobody cares how much talented a person is, they always look down and rejects. That's what is my personal experience. Person who doesn't even know t of teaching are getting jobs via links and recommendations.

Hi... As mentioned in the video experience matters to them... Also since parents pay a hefty amount as school fee IB schools have to select teachers accordingly... It's a bit difficult from a teacher point of view to handle the teachers and students of that zone... With experience only a teacher can handle that so...

The IB course provided at Christ University is a 1 year diploma course with a fee that comes around 1,19,000 INR and Agha Khan Academy? That's a school that offers education to kids under the IB curriculum! Pathetic!
