Now in India to become a high court judge your father/mother/sister etc should be in key posts like a previous judge, AG, Govt pleader, a Standing counsel, etc & it becomes easy to get as a judge. If you go through all the high courts of India more than 50% will be from this category. So everybody can assess why these judges don't take the stand against the government & if anybody takes he will be suppressed by not allotting cases against govt to him in roaster system & this way who judicial system works. Only show off nothing else to fool people.

No such criteria you need to fulfill. Don't read any books after 10th. Agar Science mein interest hai toh science lo fir 12th ke baad CLAT do. Else, take Arts with Political Science and Philosophy and appear for CLAT next.

Why not all judges to be appointed from judicial service? A more than 10yrs practicing lawyer will be appointed directly as judges like high court/Supreme Court, this looks odd and if so, then all professionals should have opportunity to become the administrator of that particular department. Suppose a 20yrs practicing lawyer (Supreme Court ) become a judge of Supreme Court but during 20yrs of practice he/she becomes very familiar/intimate to so many cliants and this in future may affect the judge's mind to give judgement but there is very less chance of that in case of judges promoted from judicial services. All judges should be appointed from all India judicial examination and then they will get promotion like other services in our country. Don't know what's the problem, may be some complicated matters what I don't know.
