According to the process, once the application fee is paid, you book a biometrics appointment, and documents are uploaded once the biometric appointment is booked before attending the appointment. Regarding the UKVCAS account, you should use the email on the naturalisation application to create it. If the same email was used previously, you should be able to reset the password. Otherwise, you'll get an account creation email.

You can mention estimated dates and after that provide that the dates are based on the estimates in the "Extra information" section on the form. You can also submit your passport pages stamped additionally.

Hi, I’m applying for a child turning 16 in a week, him and his father have settled status under eu settlement and the mother has indefinite leave to remain. Am I right he doesn’t need to do the life in the uk test and english test? I’ve just ticked no for both questions in his application but they didnt ask any follow up questions confirming he’s a child hence he doesn’t need to do the tests.
