Stop caring about other people's opinions is literally life changing! Everyone keeps saying that this is the most important thing to do if you want to glow up and it really is! You're not living your life for others, you live for yourself! ❤ At the end of the day no one cares about your problems and insecurities cause they got theirs

I'm glad I found this video. Over the past year, I've had trouble understanding myself. I didn't know what type of person I wanted to be, let alone my favorite color. I often overlooked my unique qualities in an attempt to be more "relatable," but despite my efforts, I still faced bullying. Thankfully, I'm beginning to recognize and appreciate who I truly am, and this video was the cherry on top!

Hii! This is good timing because I agreed myself to focus on inner beauty starting from late December. I even went to the aesthetic clinic and the doctor told exactly the same thing you said : Avoid Sugar at all cost because I was diagnosed with Post Inflammatory Erythema. Mentally and inner beauty are more important to me tbh and I’m actually listening to this while I’m stretching on bed before sleep! Thanks a lot Alison 😊 Love from Myanmar❤

Nothing beats natural beauty and having a good personality that gives that attractiveness that is so uniquely you. The key is to be genuine with yourself and not to make yourself be someone you are not. Inner beauty lasts forever. External facade, on the other hand, is but temporal and is tiring to keep up because it's not the real you. Thank you for sharing these much-needed points with us. It is my 1st time watching your channel & I love your content. Keep it up. Liked & Subscribed 😍😍😍

The first point is sth that I just realized lately. I have been following so many girls on pinterest realizing that each one of them is so different because they were dressing and doing make up based on their special features. Generally it is so so important to focus on your strengths, qualities and interests and to have the confidence to stand behind who you truly are ❤ so just start experimenting a little more and try out new things!

The walking thing is so true! I went on holiday and I walked over 8,000 steps every day. Mostly about 13.000-15,000 average, but in one week I had an average of 19,000 a day. I lost 4 kgs in a month just walking!

This was actually really helpful. Thank you for sharing that you didn't feel accepted by girls as friends. I've often felt that way myself. Even though I've had a lot of female friends at different times in my life, other times I've been more isolated (also in college, because of the area I chose probably), or I've been surrounded more by guys. It's cool you see it as a self limiting belief rather than assuming it's true.

I love how you brought up exercise because it’s smth I need to get intooo. Do you know any workout routines that can help remove belly fat?
@Doxxxi14 күн бұрын
Hi love! I've seen a lot of posts where people claim that there are specific workouts that can help remove belly fat, but I believe you can't get rid of belly fat without losing weight throughout the body in general. You cannot pin point certain areas to lose fat, some suggestions I can recommend are cardio to help burn calories and "burn" fat as well! It also depends on your diet, I am not a professional, do not take my word fully and I am also on my journey to get rid of belly fat and get toned! Ab workouts and things like specific body part exercises help build the muscle but will not show progress unless your body fat is reduced. Lots of research and time to understand what your body needs to get your body goals! Good luck on your journey
@dohremi703414 күн бұрын
@ thank you for the info! I was hoping that workouts can target just the belly area because I’m skinny and it’s just my belly area that is fat bc of the food I eat. I hope you achieve your fitness goals tho!
@allison_baek14 күн бұрын
i love doing pilates ab workout videos! you don’t need a reformer, just a yoga mat! but also, i agree with them. you can’t spot reduce in any one area unless you’re losing weight overall. diet plays a huge role though, and excess sugar is often a cause of belly fat in most people. 👍

If you want to become prettier naturally and without trying, then You need a multipeptide collagen and keratin treatment with growth factors for longer lasting results. Skinlyte has a soap that is loaded not only with collagen but also keratin peptides. It is called Hair & Whole Body Bar. According to what I read on Amazon, it is fast absorbed because it has an enhanced peptide binding enhancement technology which produces water molecules in a condensation reaction that hydrates skin and hair naturally. It repairs, grows hair, naturally moisturizes, rebuilds and strengthens hair and skin. I got it on Amazon and I am impressed with the new benefits I discover every time I use it. I noticed many improvements in my hair, skin and nails. What I like best about it is that it's all natural and without harmful chemicals such as synthetic dyes, fragrance, SLS or preservatives.

I'm 20F and I still have so many things that I wanna try. But I wanna learn how to love myself. It's quite hard to do so especially when you've been fat your whole like. Last year, I started to lose weight unintentionally but now I'm gaining back my weight and it has been stressing me out. I wanna change my eating habits and maybe get a little bit active (I hate exercise 😂). I'm still figuring myself out. I don't do makeup because I've never been interested to learn. But seeing my friends do makeup and stuff, makes me feel insecure and left out. I feel like it's too late for me to learn how to makeup. And I'm afraid to start cuz people would notice something different about me and commenting about it. I started to wear only lipstick 2 months ago and a guy in my class noticed and comment about it. Saying things like, "You're wearing makeup? Who taught you how to wear one? Are you trying to flirt with someone?" Like, mind your own business. I stopped consuming too much time on Insta and TikTok 2 years ago and it makes me happy and also hard at the same time. I'm having a hard time connecting with people because I don't do social media. I thought if I just focused on my study, I would feel better. But I have no clue how to socialize. I do have some friends. Only 2 close friends tho. Other friends? They kinda just come and go after they get what they want from me. Sorry for the long rant 😂 Great video btw. Maybe 2025 will be a better year for me.

Hey I relate to you in many ways so please hear this: Firstly, self love is not sth you just achieve one day, it is daily commitment. Even people with self love have days where they feel bad about themselves. Self love is about being gentle with yourself but also honest. It is about accepting those negatives, but still striving for your authentic self. I don't like working out either😂 But working out doesnt have to feel like a chore, you just gotta find an activity that you enjoy like swimming, dancing, literally anything. Once you start it is not only only doing good for the body but also your mind and confidence. Im 23 and just started using makeup regularly, got called out by it but I never justified myself just being like: thats normal, everyone is a beginner at some point❤ You can make friends by joining clubs. Don't be afraid to start talking to people because oftentimes people feel the same way as you and hope for somebody to talk to them, I met some friends that way. I remember one girl though who Was looking at me weird for talking to her but that is a good experience I made though😂. You can also hang out with your besties and ask them if they want to bring one of their friends it also shows your appreciation for their lives. Making friends through friends is really simple. As someone who just struggled with making change and still does sometimes just remember that a lot of people are going through the same things as you, just try not to overthink and have the courage on taking the the first small steps. Because you deserve to live your best ❤

6:45 I completely agree with this, I do not think it is necessary to use a billion fancy products especially because realistically not everyone can afford that 🥲 it is very simple, and it should be simple! Simple things like drinking lots of water, reducing sugar or greasy food, a few good products, it can be as simple as that! :) It is also easier to lose things and can get very overwhelming to have a billion products on hand to try and follow standards, so I agree entirely! I do think social media has an impact for a constant desire to be like/live like what is “trending”. This is the first time I see someone who agrees that simplicity is beautiful and should be appreciated and is more realistic ! Love the video ;)
