I recommend STEM. It is an all-natural whole food supplement. It is the most powerful part of an avian egg, extracted on the 9th day of gestation, freeze-dried and put into a vegetable capsule. The Fibroblast Growth Factor in STEM will help your own body start creating stem cells again. We are getting 1000's of testimonies every week.

Methylation, and fermentation. Learn and study about microorganisms and their purpose. Build your own medicine cabinet, get to know your body and its symptoms. Drink bone broth daily for the life of your gut. And dream high and work on it. Do what you love and not what makes you rich.

I listened to a few mins of Eric's talk. I'm 31yrs older than Eric. Turned 80 a month ago. And can easily pass for in my mid 40's. And I eat everything in moderation without GUILT connected to the foods I eat. So much of what we eat has conditioned beliefs programmed into us from childhood. And all the many diets, rituals, & exercises, with so much labeling of whats right or wrong, etc.. its really what you believe & accept, that creates into form. There are Yogi's that can drink poison, & it has no effect on them. We can train our subconscious mind to accept so much more than the limitedness that most people believe in. I did a 10 day Breatharian training... living on Prana Energy, with no food, & very little water with Akahi & his wife Camila as the teachers. Ray Maor also has 8day training classes. Which proves food does not matter as much as our Beliefs about the food, etc... And when we're connected to our Higher Essence Spirit, we are unlimited as a body-mind-Spirit connected as ONE - Whole-Ness. And... Time has nothing to do with aging... it's only the believed belief in time, is what ages people... & that belief... creates aging manifesting in one's body. Because all the fears accepted create what is feared. Bruce Lipton (micro-biologist/scientist) has proven... we can Change our genes. Dr Joe Dispenza also agrees & is doing some major breakthroughs with all levels of self-healing with thousands of people. I approached Mindvalley a yr ago to meet with a rep, & do an interview, & presentation sharing my beliefs.. and was turned down. I was told they were not interested. I'm in the process of having my book published. And I haven't seen a Doctor in over 50yrs. Do my own self-healing if needed. Just the past 10yrs going to a dentist to have my teeth cleaned professionally once a yr. I have all my own teeth, including all 4 wisdom teeth. You'll be hearing about me in the near future... sending Love to Vishen & all his team mbrs. 💖 💖 💖 PS: A major life changer for me was in the early 70's attending two different weekend Seminars, one was 'Silva Mind Control'. And the other was, 'Mind Psi-Biotics' & many, many workshops, & teachers along my path.. I am thankful for. (we are each teachers & students) And I was raised by my Gma, who was a Science of Mind Minister (Ernest Holmes teachings).... & Gma healed herself of Pancreatic Cancer, given 2 months to live by 3 Cancer Dr Specialists... & she lived 30 more yrs. Transitioned in her sleep as she planned to do... ready to move on... (completed her life purpose) And she transitioned while living with me. My Grandmothe influenced me more than anyone else. And I channel her Energy & other Spirit guides on-goingly. My life purpose is to be an innovator, by my example.. & an inspiration for what anyone can be, do, or have. A life changer... is to update your past believed story. And choose deliberately a more 'unlimited' version of your new-Self.. using your own imagination. And becoming more in alignment Consciously with your own unlimited Higher Self Presence, always within you, wherever you are... Namaste, Creigh

OMG! I had a freedom experience today...it’s been years in the making. I was standing at a small town checkout and there was a bowl of free “take one” candies, I remember looking at it and marveling at how odd, foreign and altogether unattractive they seemed. It started out a stray thought, but when I contemplated the thoroughness of my distancing from sugar, I was as both amused and very grateful!

I've been having these moments for a while now. I feel so out of place. I'm surrounded by people who can't even go on a hike without stopping 5 times at convenient stores to get slurpees, twizzlers, donuts and other straight garbage. and if i pack my own food i get comments like' oh you're trying to be healthy' i know its not a terrible comment, but its the tone and delivery, feels like I'm being judged for just wanting to eat NORMAL unpackaged food.

Wonderful speech.... Mr. Eric, I was a refugee for six years in Thailand faced a terrible life for six years. I sacrificed for freedom. I have so many stories to share with people to tell what the real meaning of freedom is. I understood the value of life when I was sure about my killing? Grateful to God that I am in Canada and now it is my home forever. Canada is a super blessed country. People just need somebody to make them realize for what they have and what they never even thought the way people are facing in other parts of the world like me....Start understand the each moment of your life that you entered 2021 alive. It's a miracle that you are seeing your body parts moving and in working order giving you this sense that you are alive this moment when you are reading this text....God bless you all with a healthy life always !

This talk gave me an "aha moment" about freedom. I've been vegan long enough that I no longer regard animal products as dietary options. Yet when I speak to non-vegans, they see them as some of the only options. That's an important understanding for communicating.

After becoming really really really sick (of severe toxic mold exposure and neighboring field leaking roundup into our well water) it was never again difficult to have the freedom what it comes to food cravings. Even many very very healthy foods made me feel really sick 😝 i just ate the few things i could and did everything to get better. When focus is clear (as it is when ever the crisis is really big and acute), there is no wobble what it comes to cravings. I think i want to think more deeply about the subject of CLEAR FOCUS 🤔

Here's the thing: he lives where he lives by choice. He grew up in cold, damp Nova Scotia and freezing Alberta. He chose, many years ago, not to live in this kind of climate: to live on a beach with plenty of sunshine and space to move, with easy and affordable access to fresh fruit and veg year-round. He worked to be able to afford it. it was not by accident.

@@lynettestreak4865 sadly no, your body is a factory if it never stops working it will get bad way faster over time, that's why fasting help to clean it up, but we are so used to eat 3 meal a day that the idea of not eating for 16 hours or even a day is enough to scare people.

Great talk. It's not new information to me but always a good reminder. I am a ICU nurse and also worked in Intergrative medicine which is all about mind, body spirit, which includes everything you talked about. You are quite the name dropper though. Who cares who you are talking with. The message coming from you is enough. Love the simple saying of asking yourself are you going to listen to the sage or the teenager. Great question to ask. Thanks for sharing that important question. Best life changer I learned.

That was FUNtastic! I really FELT what he was saying...and at the end when he did that looking back from 5 years of growth I thought...well, isn't that what we ask our role models? How did you get here?...what did you do? and those role models often tell us something we already know...but haven't used. If you break it down to present moment interactions between the teenage mind and the sage, the process is alot less daunting. And yet he has the physical energy of a young surfer dude... I LOVE IT!

Now, get dressed and get on with the exercise program that just got added to my life. In 5 years I will be in my 70’s and if I look like that? Well will need to be fit, weights added to my yoga.. great speaker too, which helps

Really interesting.. the only thing I don’t understand it’s the “you are in Italy”. Italian food ( the Mediterranean diet) it’s really healthy; there’s more than pizza and pasta, Italian use all kind of vegetable and fruit and fish in their daily diet and if you compare with the American “diet” there is no war! Just look at the number of obese people in Italy compared to the number of obese people in USA of Uk . There’s no mistery that Mc Donald’s and Burger King tried to make in the Italian market in the 90th and failed( 50% of them closed after 2or 3 years) !

The mediterranean diet is better then the American but still not perfect. Too much pasta and bread...and in fact there people get sick and get cancer snd diabetes in high percentage. White pasta snd bread and pastries snd so on are poison. But like this guy says it is also what you believe that is good for you .....and have something not healthy once in a while of course does not affect your health....😘

I like his general philosophy but he makes a few exaggerations to prove a point. You do get sick when you quit smoking. Your lymph nodes finally get a chance to flush and they start pushing out all the toxins that have built up over the years. Your body will definitely get sick from that! Plus that will temporarily lower your immune system making you more susceptible to catching colds. Definitely recommend a detox for smokers

Would canned meats such as sardines be a safe protein source over the long term? I am hypoglycemic and as result have a hard time "balancing" on a daily basis. Not able to consistently work out because of this... Just don't have the energy. Input welcomed...

Sardines are a great source of fish because they are so small, they have less toxins, the bigger the fish, the more toxins.

wymasa1 but why do the oceans have to be raped and all sorts of marine life killed for you to eat sardines?? Get your omega 3 from flax and chia seeds!!

Curcumin and berberine are both well studied for blood sugar and diabetes improvement. I'd try adding those. Vegetable protein powders may help you stabilise the hypoglycaemia if you don't want the sardines for protein. The protein in nuts is great I find for stabilising blood sugars. Fasting helpful but I find it hard sometimes on the hypoglycaemia so you could try not eating late in evening so you have a good 10hrs + till your morning meal and see if that helps too.

Life after death is not an imaginative choice. Human do have a spirit and when the spirit is separated from the body, it is death. Proven scientifically and spiritually. No one should want to find out that they are accountable to God their Creator when it is too LATE.
