I'm not here to buy anything. I'm just a bodybuilder looking to reinforce the things I already know. It's that time of year where there's cookies and terrible food everywhere. Just wanted to say how REFRESHING it is to see people who actually are helping and not pretending to have some panacea. I always get asked what my secret is to being so healthy and fit, I'll be sure to send those people here for the REAL answer to their question. Thanks a bunch, cheers.

When people are ready for change they seek a message that moves and inspires them. If this message didn't do that for you move on. No need to criticize. Many, many people have never heard a message like this. I'm in to nutrition and I search videos for new tidbits of inspiration. Thank you Eric, you are appreciated!

Great concept to an understanding of why we think we’re hungry... when we’re not. Learning what foods suit your body type, age and energy requirements, takes back our power to control our lives. You are correct in my belief system. The music may be geared to the average Americans who are programmed to hear Muzak and other vaccuous sound. They keep their TV on all the time. Highly vibrating individuals already know the knowledge spoken in this video. We go for meditation music. I have known this wisdom since the late 1970s when alfalfa sandwiches became popular. @@francinepangoptchams8485 And one more question after those months are you allowing yourself to drink some coke and eat chocolates? How do you control those? What mindset do you have there? Cause tbh im frustrated at myself cause I was already maybe at 80kg and i got back to 88 kg just by not exercising in just a few weeks so Im really really desperate to change things and for me its just frustrating cause for 8 months I only lost 12 kg and my body weight goes back up when I dont exercise just for a few weeks :(((
@francinepangoptchams84853 жыл бұрын
Don't blame yourself for failing, everyone pass through it before learning deeply about how your own body responds. I stopped eating processed chocolate (some raw powder chocolate mix with honey, I can have it sometimes) or drinking anything from industry, I stopped, because I am deeply aware of how harmful it is for my body. Exercise is only to stay flexible and strong, about weight loss, exercise counts just a little. Our body is far more intelligent than our thinking or ideas. Do your best, start small, real body change take time, and during the journey you will grow mentally and become more responsible about what you put Into your mouth. It is a real challenge and people around you will not make this journey easy. So calm down. Step by step. Start implementing the simple rules like drinking water and reduce a lot processed food. Opt for more real fresh food 🤗

Studies have found that 95% of toxins in the human body originate from animal-based foods due to bioaccumulation - it doesn’t really help if the animal is “organically raised” because these are environmental toxins from things like heavy metals in jet fuel, Fukashima fallout, etc. Get rid of animal products and you’ll be in very good shape!

He’s correct and yet: there’s no need at all to spend 3 months and spend thousands of dollars on top of it. All you need to do is a “DRY FAST” for at least 5 days (no food or water) and you’ll change the chemistry of your body and from there what you eat and drink. And the icing on that is all the emotions and hang ups that needed to be shed, go as well to help a healthy integration. You’ll be glad you did it.
@EricEdmeades5 жыл бұрын
Hi Editeth, while fasting can be very healthy you should be careful about suggesting to people that 'dry fasting' without preparation can fix a lifetime of problems. Please consider that most people in the western world are malnourished and/or dehydrated. That means that if they don't sort that out, first, a fast can be a very bad idea. That said, with the right preparation, fasting and intermittent fasting are a great idea, in my opinion.
@editelh5 жыл бұрын
Eric Edmeades I didn’t suggest people should not prepare before a dry fast. I suggested a dryfast can be very helpful, period. Obviously anybody who embarks on it, should do their research. And I would imagine they would. I. certainly did. Anybody who does a dryfast based on a short paragraph on KZbin without preparation, is ignorant or reckless.

Wildfit program is DANGEROUS. My wife did it for 1 year and the program made her ANOREXIC. Her menstruation disappeared, which affected her reproductive possibilities. She lost her energy, and her work and personal productivity got much worse. The diet is VERY extreme. There are too many psychological changes involved, in the way we think about food. It's not merely doing a rebalancing. It changes EVERYTHING about how you think about food. Not in a sustainable way IMO. We don't live like nomads anymore. This program destroyed my wife's life. Today she is totally remorseful. The worst thing is that her body changed and she can't eat like she used to. Today she is with a psychologist and nutritionist. BEWARE
