Othando Komani always happy to give you guidance. Have you checked out our online courses? We have a simple online book available you can follow to start your project. Focus on the “activities” not “writing” the system. “Write” the system last!

Thanks for that video! It was really helpful to understand the need for the standards from the perspective of how it adds value to the organization. The emphasis on delivering on promises made to the customer, made it more relevant as opposed to just a mandatory certification process.
