Since than I’ve been struggling to provide for myself and my two autistic children. My husband passed away three years ago, so I’m all alone. I have no family nor friends. Both of my sons are non verbal so as a mommy things can be a little more difficult. We are facing homelessness we have nowhere to go. I’m so embarrassed because of my situation. As usual, Teacher Justin dissects the subject to the minimal detail. There can be no doubt left as to what we are to believe in this dispensation of grace. It is Christ RESURRECTED in whom we are to rest our minds and hearts, and the GRACE He provided for usward through Paul. @@anthonyterry1152 Please refer to 1 Corinthians 3:13-15. Our works has to do with rewards for service at the Judgment Seat of Christ. As for bad works, take a look at verse (15): If any man’s work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss : BUT he himself shall be SAVED; yet so as by fire. Bad works will lead to a loss of rewards but not a loss of salvation. Only works that survive the fire are deemed “good”, and this is not by quantity but by quality (motive behind that work). If salvation is by faith AND works, then it would not make any sense to have any works burned at the Judgment Seat, because it’d all have to be deemed good as far as being partially saved by them is concerned. In other words, how can one be saved by their works and have bad works show up at the Judgment Seat of Christ reserved for only saved believers?

James was written to the 12 tribes scattered abroad which is the same language in Acts 11. In other words, Jews. The Catholics date the letter around 60ad, after the council at Jerusalem. @@dkgrace6743 First, I thank you for taking the time to post those verses. I also apologize for taking so long to reply. In regards to your post, I noticed that "are" is only in the king james bible. All other translatations, either use "have been" or "were". I also happen know the romanian language fluently, so I have a bible in romanian as well. That bible also uses "were" or "have been". However, since God saved, those that were or have been saved by God, are still saved. That is if they have not forsaken God. With the information you have provided, how do I reconcile the following: 2 Timothy 1:12 For the which cause I also suffer these things: nevertheless I am not ashamed: for I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day. 2 Timothy 1:18 The Lord grant unto him that he may find mercy of the Lord in that day: and in how many things he ministered unto me at Ephesus, thou knowest very well. 2 Timothy 4:8 Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing. Hebrews 9:28 So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.

@@Xhopp3r Thanks for your reply. If you are on this channel you understand that we need to rightly divide God's word. There are a number of divisions in our bible. Law from grace, Jew from Gentile, Prophecy from mystery, Heaven from Earth, Saved from unsaved and one that many people confuse, that is our salvation from our walk. When we understand the context of a passage we have to see if it is talking about believers or unbelievers and then if it is to believers we must separate the difference from our salvation from our walk AFTER we are saved. Make sense? If you speak and can read English then it is better to use the KJB. If your bible has a different meaning than the KJB then one of them is wrong. Verb tense is VERY important in understanding anything said. Whether it's the bible or in our everyday language. The book of "Hebrews" was not written to or about the body of Christ (believers today). I'm not sure what you are trying to reconcile in the verses you gave me. Can you please explain further what you are looking for?. Thanks.
@Xhopp3r2 жыл бұрын
@@dkgrace6743 I am not unfamiliar with the divisions in our bible that you mentioned. I agree that verb tenses are important, and I do think that kjv is a good translation. I can obvioulsy read and speak english as that is the language I used to communicate with you. I am an american citizenn, born in Romania, so I am bilingual. I can also read and write in spanish, but my spanish comprehension I admit is not very strong. I also know a little bit of russian. Enough to get into trouble. Being born in Romania, I was baptized as an infant at 6 weeks old, because eastern orthodox is the religion of the country. In religion class I was taught by orthodox priest, naturally, and attented services in orthodox church, because that is where my mother took me. Protestants in Romania are called repenters, although the majority of the population has no clue what that means. The repenters are looked upon with high level of skepticism. That does not mean that some do not make the jump from orthodox to the "repenters". I am one of them. I went to pentecostals, and baptists and when I immigrated to America 27 years ago, I frequented baptists, pentecostals, and even catholics. I did learn about jehova's witnesses, and seventh day adventists, and nondenominationals, and mormons...etc. I gave you this information not to boast, but so that you know that I am not completely clueless to the bible, or the different religious views. Anyways, my point is that if all I knew was english, I would only stick to kjv. In fact when I read the english bible, I read the kjv. However, kjv was not written for all nations. KJV was created by english people for english speaking people. When I compare it with the bibles from other languages it is obvious that in some verses the king's translators translated meanings not the words, which means we have what the translators descerned as to what the hebrew or greek words were saying. Finally, the verses that I pointed out and mentioned that I am trying to reconcile with the verses you pointed out, all speak about salvation happening on that day. As if they are saying that salvation is not something that is given to us the moment we say a prayer and accept Lord Jesus in our hearts. What I am gathering, and want to make sure I am not wrong, is that we are promised salvation if we keep up the good fight until the end, but that salvation is literally handed to us on that day. The day Lord Jesus gives us white robes and a crown. Lord Jesus, died for us, The Father ressurected Him, and The Holy Spirit is now within us, to guide us on God's path. That is the work of God, which gives us access to salvation. Since God is doing all the work for us to have salvation, there is no additional work we can tack onto that, to ensure we will make it to heaven. We have to rely on God 100%. When Lord Jesus comes back to separate the chaff from the wheat, that is when salvation is actually handed out. That is also when many that did miracles such as healing and casted out demons in The Lord's name, will hear from Lord Jesus "depart from me ye workers of inquities, I never knew you". This view, also explains why Pentecostals are constantly battling with the thinking that one can lose his/her salvation. Even though they believe salvation is acquired the moment one asks Lord Jesus into his/her heart, they also believe that salvation can be lost, and that it can be acquired again, and the cycle can repeat many times over. It is all a big confusion to them, and we know that God is not the author of confusion, so it must be them. If they could see salvation as being given on that day, then their losing and regaining of salvation view would disappear. It would have to. It would morph into not walking with God vs walking with God. Of course, that would mean the baptist view that once saved always saved, would have to disappear as well. It would have to morph into once Lord Jesus actually hands us salvation on that day, we will always be saved. Nothing or no one could snatch us out of His hand then. Not even going into the catholic view which the most skewed of all, or the eastern orthodox view which believes in man made traditions more than following the bible. It would force everyone to admit that they are either on God's path or not. Since we can't be on God's path without the guidance of the Holy Spirit, that would also be a good self test to know if the Holy Spirit is within a person. In closing, while the kjv uses the verb are, as in we are saved, it doesn't make it accurate. Especially when comparing to bibles of other languages, and when looking into concordances. It is also not accurate when in one verse it says we are saved while another verse says salvation is given on that day. Last but not least, thank you so much for having this conversation with me and having it in a cordial manner. This is important to me, because I am convinced we don't have much longer before Lord Jesus comes back, and it is my desire to follow God and not man. May God bless you and your family.

What if someone back when Jesus was here did believe in him and was following his commandments and then didn’t want to follow him anymore. Did the everlasting life already start once he believe as said in the verse? You must die while following his commandments in order to never perishing and having everlasting life? Salvation back then wasn't something they had at a specific point in time. It was something they would receive later. Acts 3:19, says "Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;" even Mark 16:16, "He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved;". My understanding is that hell is for those who after being CORRECTLY taught The Gospel then choose to reject Christ . Does God send to hell those who of no fault of their own have been convincingly taught a wrong Gospel or no fault of their own do not know of Christ ?

Our God is a just God, and everyone ending up where they do will not complain one bit about their ending place, for they will all know they deserve what is coming to them! just look at the story of the rich man and Lazarus Luke 16. The Rich man never said he did not belong there, NEVER!. Now as for those that never heard the message of the Cross or were told about Jesus, think about it, did they reject him? And how can one be sure someone died and did not get a chance, I can see an infant.
@robusc49402 жыл бұрын
@@brohuggie2978 Rich man is OT stuff which I was not referring to since their salvation is different to ours. My reference was to those in this Age of Grace who :- a. Through no fault of their own have been taught and/or believe in a wrong Gospel eg Budhist. Muslim, Catholic. JW etc. b. Remote savages, lost tribes etc who have never been taught about Christ. Yes, I believe that God will treat them justly BUT differently to those who have been taught the CORRECT Gospel but still choose to reject Christ. .. Reject implies first KNOWING but choosing to reject it and those are the ones who I understand are doomed to the lake of fire. No-one is able to REJECT without first knowing or being taught about. eg, I teach you a known formula but as yet you through no fault of your own are unaware of it (ignorance) so you are unable to reject it because you don't know about it. Would it bit fair of me to somehow penalize you because you did not know ? So that is my point, I understand that hell (age of grace) is for those who know but reject The Gospel that applies to us now.

I’m confused.. yes I know who Jesus is, he is my Lord and Savior who died on the cross for my sins and with his blood I am saved because his blood is life and he gives me everlasting life with his death and resurrection.. but what about living a sinful life? Doesn’t it say in 1 Corinthians verse 9-20 Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders 10nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. 11And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God. 12"Everything is permissible for me"-but not everything is beneficial. "Everything is permissible for me"-but I will not be mastered by anything. 13"Food for the stomach and the stomach for food"-but God will destroy them both. The body is not meant for sexual immorality, but for the Lord, and the Lord for the body. 14By his power God raised the Lord from the dead, and he will raise us also. 15Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ himself? Shall I then take the members of Christ and unite them with a prostitute? Never! 16Do you not know that he who unites himself with a prostitute is one with her in body? For it is said, "The two will become one flesh." 17But he who unites himself with the Lord is one with him in spirit. 18Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a man commits are outside his body, but he who sins sexually sins against his own body. 19Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; 20you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body.

The gospel of eternal salvation by the ministry of the Son. John 3:16-18 16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. Eternal salvation under the kingdom program from Abraham to the Second coming is to believe the Messiah would come, Jesus is the Messiah, and the Messiah Jesus the creator is coming back.
@stevenwoodruff97302 жыл бұрын
Hence, the reason the rich young ruler in Matthew 19:16-24 was not saved. He didn't believe in Jesus to be his Messiah. 16 And, behold, one came and said unto him, Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life? 21 Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me. 22 But when the young man heard that saying, he went away sorrowful: for he had great possessions. A true believing Jew would have done what the disciples did and gave up their possessions and followed Christ.

Shalom my brothers and sisters. Peace be to you. There is no pagan place called hell. This comes from a mind that is not perfect in love, a mind that is in fear. This place of fiction implies that we have a choice to make, that we have free will. Only attitudes of fear that provide a reprobate mind, an egocentric state of consciousness, believe that to be true. Al though there are various impediments to exercise one's choices, free will does not imply freedom of action. It doesn't take an intelligent man to understand that God can influence our choices and therefore nullifies free will. e.g. We hold no power over life and death. We have no control over fear. We cannot choose to either enter this world of fear and death or not. The Truth is something we learn by the guidance of God, it is never something carnally minded people will tell you. Is it not also known to you, that any that bring a message that involves fear is simply not from God. God will save everyone from a fearful consciousness. All in their own order. No exceptions. Religion, a fearful state of a reprobate mind. To God is all the glory.

And if thine eye offend thee, pluck it out: it is better for thee to enter into the kingdom of God with one eye, than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire: Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched. The worm is a euphemism for their soul. When an unsaved person dies, they go to Hell where there is wailing and gnashing of teeth due to the fire that is not quenched...where they are in torment and their worm (soul) dies not. Matthew 10:28 And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. Destruction is not annihilation as some believe. Matthew 25:46 And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal. Everlasting punishment is someone existing forever and being punished. It does not mean they cease to exist. 2 Thessalonians 1:9 Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power; Matthew 13:50 And shall cast them into the furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth. Someone who is not conscious after death can not wail and gnash their teeth. So soul sleep is a lie.

All these words in Greek means a period of time and never for eternity. they have a beginning and an end. you have a misinterpretation of those words. the bible does not ever say anyone will be punished for eternity. Hell is not eternal and you just said its not. but preachers today will have you to believe if you die with out being saved you will spend eternity in HELL. i would be more concern that I was believing on the right gospel. the one Jesus gave to Paul through a revelation for us today and not the gospel of Peter to the Jews for the Kingdom. you should know the difference. the right one will get you into the body of Christ and the other may get you into outer darkness. So what is are you relying on Peters gospel as your salvation gospel to the kingdom to get saved or Paul's gospel which Jesus gave to believe in his works by faith. the authority given to Paul as our example to preach the mystery of Christ for the new creature which is about the body of Christ or church today Eph 3: 1-9 I am sticking with what Paul tells me on my salvation for this dispensation of grace. Every verse you quoted is about the gospel of the Kingdom. that's not what God would have you to believe by faith for your salvation. You have nothing to do with the Kingdom. @@wardashimon-australia33 While there may be several gospels Matthew Mark Luke John and Paul etc. they all referred and agreed with each other on the Gospel that saves. Paul was affirming in 1 Cor.15:1-5 the Gospel that saves. v3 could be better translated "I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received." Paul clearly had in his mind the elements of gospel truth that came first in order of importance. He goes even further with historical facts in chronological order. He names four events that constitute the whole gospel narrative: the crucifixion, burial, resurrection, and what comes subsequent appearances of the risen Christ. 1 Cor. 15:1-5 was therefore a prelude to the eternal central point of the chapter. See vv 16-17: "If the dead do not rise, then Christ is not risen, your faith is futile; you are still in your sins!" vv 3-5 Paul cites 4 events from history. The crucifixion, burial, crucifixion, resurrection, and subsequent appearances of the risen Christ. None of this would have been new to the Corinthians. Paul founded the church and pastored it for more than 18 months before his ministry took him elsewhere (Acts 18:11, 18) Paul was dealing with doctrinal error, not a dispute about the facts of history. The Corinthians already believed in Christ's death and resurrection. What they questioned was the future bodily resurrection of believers who die. Paul was defending the point of doctrine. "So we preach and so you believed." 1 Cor. 15:11. His REVIEW of commonly believed gospel facts in vv 1-5 was merely a prelude to the central point of the chapter. Paul stated the gospel more thoroughly than any New Testament writer. Paul's gospel was EXACTLY the same message Christ proclaimed and commissioned the 12 to take into the world. There is only ONE gospel, and it is the same for Jews and the Gentiles alike. The person who has never repented of sin has never known the grace of God. Paul was taking no credit for the gospel or declaring private ownership of it. He frequently he referred to it as "the gospel of God." More often he called it the gospel of Christ." The suggestion that there is more than one gospel met fierce opposition by the Apostle Paul. Galatians 1:8; "Even if we,or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what WE have preached to you, let him be accursed." He repeated this in v9. The writers of the gospel were in all agreement with the gospel that saves which is the ONE gospel that saves. ONE gospel written by different writers. Acts 26:20 Paul declares "I preached that they should REPENT and turn to God and demonstrate their repentance by their good deeds. Repentance is not a work we do for salvation. No one can repent and come to God unless God pulls that person to Himself. John 6:44 Repentance is something God gives and it is only possible because of His grace. Act:s 5:31 and 11:18. See also 2 Peter 3:9 and Romans 2:4. How many times do you have to repent after you are saved? To be saved or born again you have to only repent once, but then after you're save it is a lifestyle, where you constantly repent of your sins as you become aware of them in order to stay in line with God's will in your life.
