Hi! I am a newbie at baking. I have a small stove with only 4 burners. The oven can hold 2 racks, and I would like to know what to do to bake 2 trays of 12 cups. I mean, do I have to at some point rotate the trays, so that the cooking is even? Or what’s the trick there? Thank you for your wise advice!

Yes I always rotate my breads and cakes. Wait for the batter to cook to firm before switch your cupcakes though. You don't want to rotate when the batter is still liquid.
