Sir loved the way you explained about the importance of spine stability and pelvis position while bench press ! Please make a dedicated video for people with Anterior pelvic tilt ! How to train with an APT ..my stomach protrudes and my lower back arches and my core gets unstable while lifting ! 🙏🏽🙏🏽

Legitimately excellent advice, which is a rarity. Bravo! Only thing that didn't sit well with me was the suicide grip. Nobody wants to die under a dropped barbell.

Dumbells for added adduction and arm freedom, barbell for developing strength IMO

Next 2-3 weeks hopefully. They’ve already shipped. They just take forever. This last stock went way faster than anticipated. I’m ordering more this go.
