Every time I see you wearing the Pierre Pullover, I want to knit it. I need to get on that lol.

I truly enjoyed seeing this. I've never blocked my shawls because I thought it would be so hard. You made it seem so easy. Thanks again.

Thank you so much for making this! I have been crocheting for awhile but have never blocked any of my projects.I just finished a Fortune's Lace shawlette and needed tk figure out how tf to block quickly since it is going to its new home tomorrow. 😂❤

Stephen, I like to make a swatch and test it in water for colour bleeding. For same reason I give a swatch to my clients too.

Thankyou. A masterclass in using what's around. The conservatory sofa will work fine for me.😄

Perfect timing! I am on my last ball of yarn with the Eyelet Burst Shawl - my very first shawl and first of your patterns. I am so happy I found you! Now I have a list that I want to make, including both shawls you put in this video. Lots of love from the Pacific Northwest 🧡

Hi Stephen - I love the woolly waffle shawl and plan to get the pattern when it comes out tomorrow. I also love the sea swell shawl. Which would you recommend a beginner tackle first? I’m definitely doing both - they’re so gorgeous! Love your work!

Must one do that after every wash? Or does it stay like that after washing it? Love that you make it not so complicated..like blockning on the carpet! Perfect! ❤️❤️😻 Many regards from Sweden! 🇸🇪

Ideally it's good to block shawls like this anytime after you soak it in water/wash it. This will help exaggerate the shape and points of the shawl.

Great idea to block on your rug

Ok, you're tempting me to get in that cubby of the "to be blocked".... I don't even know how many are in there. What's your take on steam blocking?? It'll skip the soaking step. 🤔
