This works! I tried this method- he’s right, you can do it all and have bouncy, shiny, smooth, silky hair with this method. No, you don’t need to be able to see the back of your head, at least, not for the “voluminous” version (which I think Brad is pronouncing wrong, but he knows how to do it, and that is what matters). The best trick is his advice to smooth all the hair at the hairline up and back- wow, game changer! I am a new fan.

Brad has been living with me since I found him not physically but emotionally and definitely learning some hair tricks and I’ve always gone to a high end salon. I avoid using store products but I’m learning stuff that they weren’t teaching me it always looked great when they did it and I come home it would get frizzy. I do have natural curl but I don’t like it. I wasn’t doing it correctly and I wasn’t using the right product. So I bought your products to help me. You teach very well. I forgot about my round brushing. I was holding it wrong I used to do it totally perfectly but I got older and forgot how to do it right. Thank you again for the tutorial and showing me what I forgot to do! 💋

I know right? All I've done if I ever did blowdry was a nozzle-less hairdryer and flipping my hair upside down and just shaking the dryer vigorously back and forth to prevent overheating of the hair. Then I flip my hair back up and brush it out a bit. It's usually very poofy and settles down as it cools which my hair looses almost all the volume it gained. Although, I can count on my 2 hands the number of times I blowdried my hair. My normal routine is to squeeze as much water out with a towel and then let it air dry completely before I comb and brush it out.

Putting aside the fact that he's using a hundred products and things more than just the blowdryer, I would like to see him doing it on himself, with a wig. It seems easy doing it to a maniquin, but to oneself is harder and much more tiresome for the arms.

Brad, thank you for an informative 101 on blowing hair. When I was in my teens, I used to blow dry my sisters hair and it was quite therapeutic for me, per say. But recently I started assisting a friend of mine who had a slight accident and u jumped in to assist in blow-drying her clients hair. Well she was astonished at my know how in blow drying and hand coordination. I wanted to give you kudos on a great video that will certainly reach those who enjoy hairstyling.

I used to have a hairdresser that could straighten my 3b curls with only a blow drier (plus the nozzle and brush and products). It would be pin straight and she never touched it with a straightening iron. She was a goddess. And she had the audacity to move across the country without my permission! Rude.
