ehm I dont know if you noticed but it did change the date to 2019/9 just befor you said that you needed the kit to update the Idrive, I guess the kit is not needed

It won't upload it to the service History, basically as we no longer have the old service log books we are forced to do our services to a fking bmw dealer so they can upload it in to the fking I drive ... 280£ for an oil change at a dealer when I could've done it myself for 100£ ...

Hi. With the software BM 2 can you tell it to do BT audio streaming as I have the same unit as you and it don’t seem to have it but does normal hands free. Any ideas? Thanks

Ben - I am pretty sure your version will not do BT Audio streaming - as I have the same version (2013 F31 320D SE) and have tried everything. My son bought the same model but a year younger and that has got BT Audio Streaming, but his iDrive display is different as is the iDrive Button. However, if someone out there knows better, I am sure plenty of people would be grateful to get BT Audio working on this version of iDrive.

LoL the Idrive updated it's self to the cluster. It's all connected, as the Navigation shown on the Idrive is also shown on the Cluster. It's one System. For resetting and coding, just need the Bimmercode app and a Bluetooth OBD2

Thanks for the video. After you have reset the brake fluid service, do you automatically get an entry in the Service history so that future owners know that a brake fluid service has been done?

No, You will have to go to BMW or an approved dealer to get the service recored on the i drive

I must say that if I get a warning light, I get BMW to deal with the issue rather than resetting the warning!
