Where is little black water falls? I tried googling it the only thing showing up is a place in west virginia.

It's a ledge on the Narrows of the Green River in North Carolina. It's in the class IV runout after you paddle the steeper section. In my Creek Week we hike up to it and practice boofing over and over! It's the best place that I know of to learn/practice boofing.

Wilson, North Fork FB, Cheoah, Tallulah, West Fork of Tuck - to name a few. Not necessarily in that order. You want to be feel comfortable on these before getting on the Narrows IMO.
