Hi! I see this comment and one asking about the process. About the 3:10 min mark of this video I get into the flow of Honeybook. Let me know what else you'd like to know! I can certainly do a longer video on questionnaires, but generally I ask basic contact info, birth preferences they currently know about, and any sensitive needs I should be aware of.

@@motherwelldoula Setting up the pipeline lol Did you just copy you services from your website into it? I am technologically inept lol I am so lost on how to word things as well, Do you know if templates exist specifically for doulas? I found basic ones but they don’t seem to be what I need.

@@allieconnelly5361 Hi! You can customize the pipeline with the top right 'customize' . There are some project categories that seem standard with honeybook based on their automations, but you can add your own. I'm not sure if there are doula-specific templates, but honeybook is focused on client service.
