Jack Canfield thank you for the great video. Tapping has worked miracles in my life. I have been tapping the last 4 years and it has helped me overcome my rejection, abandonment, fear of success and trauma issues. Also for breaking through my resistance in manifesting. I swear by it and wish everyone would be open to it. I have gotten to a place where I can do it mentally when in public and don't even have to physically touch the points. Eft literally saved my life. You are a great inspiration Jack in many ways. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and wisdom. Very grateful for you!

This is the best explanation of EFT I've ever watched. You are so clear and it was easy to understand. You answered all the small questions I've had about tapping but have never heard on other EFT videos, like how many fingers to use, does it have to be exactly on the energy point, is it light or forceful tapping, etc. Thank you so much for this!

I have used tapping in the past and even in my practice with patients as a physician. I found I had developed a fear of calling people offering a service I provide due to fear of rejection. After watching this video and tapping along with it, I felt that fear immediately begin to decrease. Within moments of completing the tapping routine I got on the phone and completed a call without any fear or hesitation. Thanks for sharing this info!

Hello Vpatios, thanks for getting back to me. When you come across someone who has used EFT for deep and lasting healing of childhood trauma, please let me know. I'd love to talk with them and find out how they did this through EFT. Right now, I have no evidence of that, yet I do appreciate the calming effects of EFT. So I'm game- lead on!
@YpatiosVarelas7 жыл бұрын
Hi Meg. I've been using EFT since the year 2000, applying to customers for therapy and coaching since 2004 and teaching to the public and professional therapists since 2006. Certified by Gary Craig (the founder), AMT and AAMET. I have personally seen hundreds of people getting healed even from severe issues. My own professional students have achieved excellent results with their clients. There is also lots of clinical evidence proving the effectiveness of EFT on phobias, PTSD, trauma, anxiety etc. some published in well established peer review journals. Again, depends on how you use it, apart from the simple tapping technique. You can talk to someone, you can get opinions, tips, information, see videos on the Internet, read books and still not getting deep results since there is a lot of misunderstanding about the techniques, including famous people that talk about them, so good training is essential.

Hello Jack and thanks for the video and your simplified and clear take on tapping. For some reason I don't quite understand, I find relief and calmness with tapping, but always seem to have to clear the emotional blockage with the addition of NET (Neural emotional technique) and perhaps essential oils and other natural remedies. I don't know why this is, and want to get to the place where EFT alone can and will do the job. And yes, it is old trauma I'm trying to clear out. Any suggestions? Thank you! Meg
@YpatiosVarelas7 жыл бұрын
Hi Meg. I suspect that you have not been properly trained in EFT so probably that's why you need other tools to clear the emotional blockage. Yes, tapping is calming but it also allows for deep therapy, if you follow specific rules (and there are many techniques and details in EFT, not only the simple tapping technique). Many people demonstrate or teach EFT in a short and superficial mode which will not allow you to make deep and lasting changes. Also please see my comment above.

Hi Meg, suggest you try the 5PRs which is reasonably new to TFT. Do 15-20 taps each point and 1-3 rounds. Points are sh (side of hand/ karate chop point). un (under nose), ch (chin), mf (middle finger - next to you nail at the side nearest the thumb) and oe (outside edge of eye). You should do this at least twice a day and as required. It will remove any remaining blocks unless you are being affected by toxins. Hope this helps.
@taptheunlimited2 жыл бұрын
You can also try TFT (Thought Field Therapy). It's the original tapping method that uses different tapping patterns. Works better for many people. We have a Tap Bot if you want to try it out. Hope you're doing well 🙏

Hi Jack. EFT is a lot different than TFT and not all forms of tapping are the same or act in the same way. Please do not oversimplify! EFT for example has several techniques more than TFT, while TFT has a lot of "protocols" for different issues while EFT tapping always uses the same sequence of points, and that's only one of their differences. I appreciate your support for tapping, but please do not promote confusion about it. Haven't seen your tapping products yet, but I hope that you don't make the same mistakes as others did by making your own simplified form of "tapping" just to exploit an opportunity or a market trend. Tapping can be beneficial as a relief but also as a deep emotional therapy and these two are not the same. Also, when a person in a peak emotional stress state or suffering from panic attacks does the tapping that may bring up more tension if specific safety rules are not followed. Did you know that? Also, if you don't follow specific rules the relief may be zero or temporary so the person gets dissapointed and may come to a conclusion that tapping or EFT is a fad or scam (which is not as clinical evidence has proved). Many, many people have done this with EFT while trying to sell products and services not properly researched and tested or because their own knowledge of tapping and how it REALLY works is superficial. Have you been properly trained and certified in EFT, have you used it enough on yourself and other people to be able to teach it and make suggestions that can affect lives? I don't think so, since the tapping you demonstrate in this video is a very superficial form that actually Gary Craig, EFT Founder has explained that does NOT work or only works temporarily. Also you are talking about "eliminating negative emotions" but do you really have the knowledge of how negative emotions work, when they are helpful vs. toxic? Do you understand that many people actually need to get in touch with their "negative emotions" and not just "eliminate" and that often the suppression of emotions is actually the problem and not the emotions themselves? Tapping and EFT seems deceivingly simple but actually it is not.

Ypatios Varelas Hi! Great points. I have just recently (in the past several days) discovered tapping. First, by Nick Ortner. Now I am learning under Gary Craig's website. Fascinating stuff! I am so excited to learn more and delve further into this journey. I wonder if Jack is able to read all of these comments. Jack, if you are reading this please respond ;) I think his abundance of videos may be spreading him a bit thin. I notice he asks for us to comment below and that he will get back to us, however I only see him replying to a small number of comments. I do believe this is super important info. Gary Craig noted on his website that incorrect usage of EFT or alternate methods of tapping have led to reports of suicidal behaviors. I feel that Jack's message and intentions are sincere, and that he would be open to recognizing that we all have more to learn. I hope so. There are too many translations of this very topic, which I myself found confusing before reading Gary Craig's website, your comments and a few other things. Thanks for blessing us with your knowledge. Love and light ✌🏼💫 P.s. I'm going to check you out to see if you have a channel (or maybe Facebook, etc..) bc I would be interested in learning more from you. Please message/connect with me at your convenience. 🌝
