@@averykike I've just figured out that nothing changed. What I did I downgraded my Graphics Card drivers and now I'm getting around 300 fps but with drops to 150 in-game

If you change couple of things in the text file in cs2 folder you can have all benefits of high shadow quality without losing a huge amount of performance.
