Just ordered the cheaper growth factor. I used a growth factor and my skin was great stopped because of price point and I began to notice the lines and wrinkles were really coming in. 2024 is my return to using a growth factor.

First of all sweet man thank you so much for including the words "skin of all ages" us older folk need to know that it isn't too late to start or cont. Fighting the good fight. I didn't know that there were Winter seasonal Allergies but I find my eyes burn and are very sensitive. Do you know what causes this. Great Video.😊❤

I've learned a lot when I thought I kinda knew all there was to know about the main ingredients for skincare. I like how you address products before they go viral or products that don't go viral at all. Or I don't hear about them otherwise, that's possible as well. 🤷🏻

I bought the bubble one last month based on a previous video where you recommended it. I actually really enjoy it when my face needs a real from ascorbic acid. I actually prefer it-light weight and gorgeous glow!

Great vid..were would you slot a lactic or salicylic acid into the routine and how many times a week and would you leave anything out on the nights using the acids xx

Try in the cleansing step. The acids don't need a long contact time to break down cell adhesions and the friction helps to release dead layers

Thoughts on micro needling your face with a .5mm depth and then using Tretinoin?

I think they are great advanced options but I would use them after I have tried some other options or to complement what you already use.. hope that makes sense xx

@@Ello3342if your skin is used to both microneedling and tretinoin on their own you can try it but do know that it may cause severe irritation and can then sensitize you to tret. People do do it but I wouldn't. I would microneedle on a evening without tret and use EGF though.

Rob how about the method of using centella asiatica and vitamin c to quadruple collagen? Do you still do that? And can i use a derivative of vitamin C such as THD with centella instead of pure vitamin C to boost collagen? Unfortunately the pure form is too drying for me. Thanks and my best wishes fir 2024!!

Rob, Question....i was on Tretinoin 0.025% for over a year, tolerated extremely well and has done wonders. I've recently been bumped up to the 0.050%. As long as my skin tolerates it, would there be a benefit of using the lower strength with AM routine 2-3 days per week, with the higher each night? I'm totally fine with results I'm getting, along with several of your products, but if this can potentially excelerate things even further I'd love to try. For AM, thinking after rest of routine followed by MAS Sunscreen and Antioxidants. Please let me know your thoughts if that could take results to another level or waste of time? Again, skin tolerates it completely fine. Thanks so much and congrats!

It’s not recommended to use a retinoid, such as the one you’re using in the daytime as it degrades with light meaning it doesn’t work as affectively - also using it more doesn’t increase the efficacy - it could just increase irritation - so as long as you tolerate the highest strength, Gunn All the strength. I just use it once a day in the evening. C
