Are you seeing patients in Miami now?? 😲 I’m 37 and I do agree that your skin changes in your 30s. I can’t stand the sun anymore, I feel like it’s burning me after seconds of being in the sun which is so weird for me because used to sunbathe in my teens (I know, awful). Now I hide from the sun and I’m constantly using sunscreen and wearing sun protectant clothing. 🤷🏻♀️

My skin just looooves Retinoids and no exposure to sun. I feel so lucky because my skin never respond with bad irritation from retinoids (just it was sensible for 1 day or 2 when i upgrade), It was just i wake up and notice it is better than the night before 😂😂😂😂 I built my way up to tretinoin now, my dark spots/texture/sebaceous filaments… all gone !!

Love this video. I literally turned 30 and 3 months later my skin FLIPPEDDDD THE LID! I’m 33 now and have gotten control over it thank Christ. But I now have hormonal acne. And my pores and weird and I have sunspots which is my fault obviously (16 years of lifeguarding and tanning) and then there’s the lovely bags under my eyes which are puffy instead of sunk in which is preferred for me but still so annoying. And oddly my skin is SO DRY. Which I think was making my skin break out. I’m tryna get control over the dryness now. My whole life I had beautiful clear no problem skin. Not dry not oily, no breakouts, so… it was huge for me to say the least. Took a huge toll on my confidence:/

Same! But in my 30s, I’ve experienced that using birth control can alter your skin cycles when you use it. I’m 64. Yes, this is a very recent photo. I have one word: Sunscreen 🧴 everyday since I was 32 years old-back in 1992. I was a Resource Specialist Teacher. I always asked students to bring sunscreen to school and if I happen to have a group before recess, I allowed time for them to put it on before recess. Hands always need washing at school. They washed up first, applied sunscreen, and afterwards went outside for recess. I tried to time it so the sunscreen went on about 15 minutes before they went outside. I taught at a school that was by the Atlantic Ocean. We were essentially across the meandering “highway”-a two lane road-from the water. The students were almost always in or near the water. This is why I made sure to actively remind them of sunscreen. When I was in my 30s, I started using a couple of Paula’s Choice products and Neutrogena retinol-that’s it. I used to use Ombrélle sunscreen for kids. Now, I use Avéne kids sunscreen, in the pump. It spreads very easily. For some reason, I need sunscreen with more titanium dioxide in them-otherwise, sunscreen irritates my eyes. Sometimes, I layer a couple of different sunscreens or I apply the Avéne tinted sunscreen on top of the Avéne kids sunscreen. I have never had a major surgical treatment or Botox. I had milia under my eyes lasered off. I’m disabled now, so it’s a challenge doing regular cleanup tasks. That’s when the milia started. My under eyes used to look dark, but once the milia were removed (I had a lot of them, but you could only see them when I pulled my skin back), my undereye area looked bright!! The lesson there is no matter how fatigued you are, wash off that sunscreen.

My husband is older than me and I wish I could get him to wear sunscreen and start using Retinol. I can't trust him with Retinol without him comforming to wearing sunscreen and it so frustrating 😅😅.

Love the idea of your new remedy products, but don't like how there is Retinol in most of them. I already use Tretinoin so using a product with another Retinol on top of this is probably not the best idea. But it makes sense why they are included! Makes it an all in one product. Would love to see a version with Retinol and without at some point so it is more able to pair with Tretinoin users.

This might be a silly question but when they say sunscreen, do they mean suncream (lotion) or a moisturiser with SPF in it? In the UK we don't really say sunscreen but the equivilant for us is suncream. But I am assuming they mean it can be a day cream with SPF which is different. x

I’m in my late 20s and overall have taken good care of my skin, no major issues except for milia under my eyes!! They’ve always come and gone but this last year, they’ve proven they’re here to stay 😭 I’ve tried an insane amount of eye creams, just using my regular moisturizer and even not using anything (they got super dry ofc), got under eye filler and they’re still very visible. I’ve been told the only way to actually get rid of them is by laser and even then, it won’t be all of them and they might come back. Its actually gotten to the point where a child pointed at them and asked what they were 😩 i know you mentioned retinol for milia and I’ve tried retinol infused eye creams but they just dried out my under eyes even more, not to mention how dark they’ve always been and the lines that are starting to accumulate? Any suggestions of products or procedures? Esp for prevention!

All this great information came a few decades too late for me 😂😂but honestly the morning and evening routines still apply. Love your videos, thanks!

I'm 30 and got hormonal acne out of nowhere at 24. Cosrx Blackhead Power Liquid got it under control and as long as I use it every so often, all good. Of course now I've got a breakout higher up. My skin HATES glycolic acid and retinol. Sandwich between thick creams for six months with Arazlo, Tret, and even The Inky List separately, and I looked like a lizard no matter what I did, no matter how gentle 😥 I'm Casper white, any tinted sunscreens that won't turn me orange? I use untinted because even western BB cream is so orange

Niche Beauty Lab is from Spain and in the EU the maximum concentration for azelaic acid is 15%. Meaning everything from 16% and above requires a prescription. That's how they can sell that product. Whereas Nirth American companies have a limitbof 10%.

39 turning 40 in October 😮 been using tretinoin and vitamin C and nic and copper b+ for 2 years and my sucking looks better than in my mid 20s everyday someone tells me my skin glows. But still I’m petrified of aging always have been. I’m more scared of aging than I am of dying crazy enough.

Doctors, what about products with EGF and KGF. I’ve seen a bunch of studies which show some benefits. Many brands use these two terms as a marketing strategy but others they actually have a background research behind. Mainly in Korean research. What do you think about them? It’s maybe a next step in skincare routines? Greetings.
