You don't sunburn when you don't eat sugar. That shit makes you photosensitive. Also, I live in the UK, there's virtually never any direct sunlight around here.

Hey Τ, in that case supplementing with vit D would be good for you. Still, even plain natural light and being outdoors is always beneficial (even if it's not direct sunlight)

Nutrient deficiency and obesity am 158 lbs 8% body fat I have normal testosterone level 650 ngl but I still have erectile dysfunction because of nutrient defiencecy

Hey Daniel, 8% bodyfat can be too low for some men, affecting ED negatively. Have you tried upping your bodyfat at around 12% to see how you feel?

For me correct your nutrient deficiency first and avoid obesity by doing exercise

Have you tried going up to 11 - 13% body fat? For a lot of men 8% is too low and can have a negative effect on testosterone

i think its about retaining the test than boosting in the 40s , your testosterone peaks when you are young

Well, it depends... If you're not strength training, you have a lot of stress etc, then incorporating these habits will actually boost your testosterone back to your normal levels

Anthony do you recommend supplementing with vitamin D or do you see it as unnecessary? I do get adequate sun exposure where i live versus those who might not Thank you

Hey Capo, if you get enough sun on a daily basis, you should be good. The best way to know for sure though is getting a targeted blood test. Which country do you live in?

@capo4270 hey Capo, last I remember close to 40% of men in USA had cit D deficiency. In general before before you start over supplementing I always recommend that you get a detailed blood panel done P.S. not sure why your reply got deleted.
