love to see vids like these, outside of the standard farming crops etc. but man doing the work in these often dry and dusty conditions AND having the roof hatch open must be a sin. our roof hatch is basically never open in any conditions due to dust etc. and id guess these guys have a steady routine of blowing out the radiators and cleaning cab filters xd

I feel for him with no aircon haha, I got swapped onto a TS100A to top with and it has no aircon and doing low speeds she was like an oven ontop of the mountain bloody miggies in everytime you open then doors or side windows. We had 110-90 and 7840 with two identical balers, 110 was able to climb up the steep part no probleems but whne it came to the softer part she had to be sent home, was always getting stuck. Both great tractors only bad bit i see of 90 fiats was the seat

@@kevdev11 just to be clear, I'm talking about large scale industrial peat extraction, not domestic turf cutting. I spent 4 summers working for Bord na Mona in the midlands, most of that time was draining new bogs, in preperation for milled peat production. Ive seen first hand the difference this makes from a flooding point of view. In times of heavy rainfall, the water leaves the bogs in a matter of hours instead of slowly over a number of weeks. Also, when the water is leaving the bogs at that speed, the silt traps are pointles, as the water doesn't have time to settle in them to deposit the silt.

Arguably the most controversial video uploaded... personally I think it's a travesty that we're digging up our bogs when there are so many other options to use now. Love to see a 110-90 in all its glory though. My father had one when I was a kid and he used it to pull a double chop, before that he had a 188, not sure what engine he had in it but they reckoned it was over 100hp, with wide wheels on it to pull up the hills with a full trailer, 110-90 was bought then and 188 was put on the buckrake. Lasted that way for about 10 years until the fiat siezed up in the field.

What options are out there. You green peace people are after farmers and fertilizer plants. So where are we supposed to get this product. Oh I know we can use the by product of our human waste after it has been separated from the water. Ya we can reuse the recycled shit that you just flushed down the toilet

@@billabong9215 you breathe the air and drink the water along with wasting it to flush your craps down the drain but something that God created to better our survival on this earth is bad what about all the trees that died so they could be processed in to lumber to build your house or the steel that had to be dug up to build your car. God didn’t put the resources on earth to look at and worship he put them here to use to help use live our lives to the best we can. But if you are thinking that way that’s your choice. We had one next to where I used to live it was a swamp where they grew cranberries at one time then they drained it and took Pete moss off it until they couldn’t no more because there’s a level that where they couldn’t go below and now it a big lake where the rich people have bought plots to live all around it

them tractors are a bit to weak. they need higher power tractors. not because those can't pull it but because those are not able to work efficiently. you don't go up in power so you can pull/ use equipment you go up in power so that you can do it efficiently. a 500hp semi truck is enough for even 100ton loads but you get thje 750/780 because then it don't have to work as hard and uses much less fuel.
