How to make your home grown jalapeños into pickled peppers! 🌶.
20 jalapeños
1 cup vinegar
1 cup water
4 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of salt
Bring the water, vinegar, sugar and salt to the boil.
Add in the jalapeños. Remove from heat. Wait 10-15 minutes. Fill jars with jalapeños, top up with the liquid, put on the lids. Allow to cool. Refrigerate.
