I used the dragon incantations on my first playthrough. I was so determined to use them that i finished Radagon and Eldenbeast with Dragon Claw and used the breath attacks on every other boss jefore that. I dont regret it. It was the most fun i had in that game ever

You being unable to cast the jumping dragon breath during the Hoarah Loux section is likely due to the animation getting stuck because of the cutscene transition. When you got knocked down after the bug in the first clip you were able to to jump cast again, probably because the knock down reset the attack animation.

Animation being stuck makes alot of sense to me, happens alot in other from soft games aswell with alot of different animations. Damn Miyazaki haha

W dragon build most people Ignore all the dragon spells except for dragon maw and spam thag all game but they are missing out on the really strong and varied dragon breath attacks you just need to set them up right

It’s better to use rotten breath on Elden beast because it deals physical damage, and Elden beast is 50% resistant to fire. So if your exczykes decay or rotten breath are a little more than half as strong as your fire attacks then they’re better
