you are awesome. i'm able to kill fatalis but still, you are one of the only ones that are actively teaching people and not CHEESING with 1% palarangs and shit. you've gained another sub bro. your variety of weapons is also nice because i like to switch between all weapons too and this is a good chance for me to learn a bit more.

Hey, thanks so much for this! You got me my first ever evil eye after 15+ Fatalis fights and 3 kills. I’m exclusively an SnS player so other weapons weren’t really an option for me. And I had been running plunderblade ... just in case ... but RNG was not in my favour. I have to say though, it feels so much better getting it through guts and skill than it would’ve from a plunderblade. Thanks again!

the mention of the openings when it's on 2 legs is the best part of this. if you are risky you can fit in a tenderize uppercut during sosme of these. But also if you want a safer but don't faint once approach try the mixed safi/alatreon build they do close to the same amount of damage the difference is slots, using up eating slots for vegetables(gives you free immunity to all blights tho) and how much health drains when using it. if you aren't running health augment it could be worth considering.
@qifanweng31373 жыл бұрын
Actually got my first kill while using this build duo with my friend. It was his first kill too so it was not like i got carried. Only thing i wished you mention was having palico's vigorwasp spray it's pretty crucial for this set up. Because safi's side effect almost offset the healing from health regen augumenation. Plus it revive is a good insurance to have since some of his mechanics is oneshot.

I did bring vigorwasp here, but ok next time I'll mention cat's gadget build too

When cone breath, a slinger burst allows for perfect rush with enough time to get the last big hit (if spam input the 2nd last attack, the shield bash). I think it allows for faster head breaks

I got sick and tired of people constantly dying due to straight up bad builds, longsworders and dual blade only going for stomach without tenderizing. As I was always the only one going for head, and people carting constantly, i thought it time to solo. Made it on first try. Wtf.

Essentially, divine blessing (secret at least) is better damage reduction on average at the 900-1000 defense mark vs defense boost 7, but relies on RNG. The argument of this video seems to be a personal preference of guaranteed, consistent raw damage reduction to have reliable protection from certain 1-shots and combos. I personally prefer the greater reduction on average, but I can definitely understand cases where plenty of people would prefer def 7. Also, as a footnote, def 7 would probably be a much easier decision if the +5 elemental res is what gets you to 20 to negate certain blights. Let me know if I've misunderstood anything. (80÷(80+900×1.1+35)) ÷(80÷(80+900)) = ~11.3% raw damage reduction increase for def 7 0.4×0.6 = 24% damage reduction from divine blessing secret on average

One thing that frustrates me is how he keeps doing the full prush combo instead of omitting the last stab and doing the roll->combo reset thing... The wasted DPS potential reee ...But otherwise, the dodge timings, wow. Great stuff!
@LoncusZhao3 жыл бұрын
Actually no. Did you know that to prevent premature staggering, they made it so that the only attack in prush which actually does part-break/stagger damage is the last one? It does all the part break which also should have been done with the previous attacks. As such, if you cancel out via rolling, you do good damage, but you do not contribute to head break.
@MrJxt83 жыл бұрын
@@LoncusZhao From personal experience, you can definitely break parts before the final PR hit. It's just that the final hit deals more damage and has bonus break damage while the hits before have reduced break. According to kiranico's MHW:IB database; the part damage modifiers for PR are 0.30 and 1.3 respectively. For example, a 300 non final hit deals only 90 break damage while a 400 final hit deals 520 break damage.

"How will, we get 2x headbreaks without greatsword, bow, or bowguns?" ...my guy, has nobody told you about the Switch Axe Fatalis cheese? ZSD spam the head until dead, you'll get your breaks no sweat. Only times you die is when Fatty pulls some 'fuck you' rng on what moves he uses, like deciding to cone the moment you finish a full force ZSD.
@DarkRavenCH4 жыл бұрын
That time I was aware of ZSD cheese, but I thought something. What if some people don't like cheesing because it's boring? "I want to break Fatalis head but with actions and efforts!", my mind told me. That's why I made this video. You might call me weird because of this but in the end I'm that guy who doesn't like to cheese, and some people might feel the same as me.
