Hey! I know this is an older video, but I love the idea and I will try that out tonight on my circle y! Could you also please tell me where you got your stirrups from?

Thank you for your comment. The stirrups came with the saddle from Fort Worth saddlery. You will have to repeat turning stirrups every few months or so, till they stay. Check out my other tack hack vids for more tips.kzbin.info/aero/PL1JF_PZLhWBgjU7keft19l4OvIsHbD03x&si=nLHRlT83cecC_pF8

Did you condition the rough out part of the saddle?
@lonestarwoman3 жыл бұрын
You condition the under side of the rough out. If you put oil on rough out it changes the grip and color.

Dennie did you ever oil your rough out? From researching for what feels like forever it says you do oil the rough out it just absorbs oil quicker so will take more oil then because it will be slicked you take a stiff nylon brush or sanding block and raise the leather back up... seemed to work well on scrap piece of leather for me just dont know if I trust myself to do it to my saddle yet so it's just sitting on the rack lol
