Sir, what is the future scope of tech writers after 10 years? As freshers would be preferred if seniors would take more salary due to AI making content creation and managment easier. Currently, market is not giving much preference to high salaried tech writer individuals as it is a support kind of role. What can be done to stay relevant in this scenario?

1)what is the future scope of tech writers after 10 years- It is similar like developer or any IT professional. 2) If fresher and AI is doing good job for sure i will not pay them not to anyone who do not add value to organization. 3) Market is not giving much preference to high salaried tech writer - This is true for anyone who do not bring value to the organization. 4) Tech writer individuals as it is a support kind of role- Tech writing is part of development team not a support kind of role. In fact all the managerial and above role are support role.
