I was getting bullied for 2 years and ever since i watched this i jad a way to stand up to him. no Way that's not true. This isn't advanced martial arts. This is easy to learn technique that works. Just find a willing person to practice with, rinse and repeat until it feels natural.

As an ordinary slow guy I see that the success of this move relies on the speed with which you get your hand up on the arm. If the aggressor is fast strong and gets you tight you will never get your hand in there. Not sure but maybe best technique is to keep head up and away from guillotine! And Paul, if you find yourself in the wrong guillotine, you might be taking a long nap before you get your gun out, so shoot first ask questions later!

I partial agree his defends. The headlock should be completed if their two hands were interlocked as a pro-wrestler. And you should not have chance enough you put your hand like at 3:12. this is prefer to use 5:57 for strong people. Only try things b4 5:57 if you are sure your opponent was weak as shown.
