Your parents are your first gods. They provide, they are the once that can build you or break you. As someone who has gone through physical and mental abuse I can say that it is taking me over 8 years to finally build a worthy self concept. With ups and downs I still sometimes encounter limiting believes that I did not place there myself. Sometimes I forgot why I chose my family and what I wanted to learn about worthiness. True worthiness is simplistic as everything is worthy simply for existing.

Straight facts! I was the one to break the cycle.... I never thought it would be me....but here I am! I followed the same negative thought patterns, stories, and beliefs that came from my family and society. At least three generations in a row with the same disease.....that is not a coincidence or simply genetics. It has to do with epigenetics. I had the same disease that took my mom's life. The reason that I am still here is I changed my mindset and meditated which in turn turned off that gene expression that caused that disease. I saw my mom get better when she meditated, but when she let other people's opinion bother her, her health worsened. You have the Power to change your life and it is never too late!❤

My dream actually is that i wanna be my own boss i wanna be self-made, I don't wanna work for anybody in the future. So one day i decided to think about everything they were telling me for the past few years and i realised that none of what they were saying to me would benefit me in my future life. I am now foster parenting and I tell them: that everyone has a purpose they must pay attention to what they like or what makes them think... or what excites them.and start from there ...I never tell them they have to get a job...but they must be aware..they need a viable way to take care of themselves and meet her responsibilities... Generational curses are NOT only experienced by certain people. Everyone of us has something to work on. Maybe it’s de-masculinization, financial skills, slavery or addictions and trauma. Everyone of us has a choice: fight it (usually fails), ignore it (usually fails) or do something different by walking away from it and rebuild the life you want for yourself. It’s the more courageous path and takes a lot of personal growth and commitment; but that creates true freedom.

I think what you said about your parents cursing you or playing God in your life is profound. Especially if you come from a lineage that participates in esoteric practices. Unfortunately, we can't control our circumstances as a child like our guardians do. Here I am. On the actual verge of real success that I built out of love and hard work. I woke up with Bells Palsy and I know what it really is - my unconscious belief that I will not escape the curse of my family. I’ve taken such deep pride in my health because it meant they didn’t win (munchsusens and munchausen by proxy). So it’s time to forgive and let go and even send them love. A generational curse isn’t a curse but is more so negative energy that is passed down to you the individual from your parents from which you the individual become used to said reality and curse yourself through the belief of “I am worthless, I have no friends, no one likes me, my family doesn’t like me.” Etc What I’ve learned from this all is that your reality and the experience you are experiencing right now is based off perspective and thoughts, if you are constantly believing yourself to be someone who suffers then you the individual will suffer, but if you change that mindset and believe you are abundant and happy then abundance will come your way.
