adding to what you've stated here, this clicked with me watching nero's videos and changed the way i meditate and internalize affirmations. i used to focus on trying to control my mind and thoughts the way you've described by simply thinking the opposite. thoughts alone are nothing without the emotional conviction and heart ties. your heart is instantly responsive to the thoughts you have which shape your emotions (anxiety, stress, etc.). it is the greatest electromagnetic source in our bodies, so when you "think" these things, think it with your heart and emotions. your heart actually has the power to listen and think which is the primary shaper of your emotional responses. your mind/brain is just a radio tower receiving information, but your heart actually triggers your emotions/flow. i now focus on listening, meditating, and affirming with my heart more so than my mind which has drastically turned down the focus on what may be racing in my mind. i'm now able to "listen" more intently and bring peace and stillness to my emotions which helps me affirm my desired reality far better than I was able to before.

Straight facts! I was the one to break the cycle.... I never thought it would be me....but here I am! I followed the same negative thought patterns, stories, and beliefs that came from my family and society. At least three generations in a row with the same disease.....that is not a coincidence or simply genetics. It has to do with epigenetics. I had the same disease that took my mom's life. The reason that I am still here is I changed my mindset and meditated which in turn turned off that gene expression that caused that disease. I saw my mom get better when she meditated, but when she let other people's opinion bother her, her health worsened. You have the Power to change your life and it is never too late!❤

Ever since I raised my frequency . Learned so much about the sub conscious mind …everything has been great . I taught my family why we need to be grateful and remain high frequency . I also let them know being happy is not something that is realistic all the time but we can choose to be neutral. We can’t get God’s intuition and eye sight if we are low frequency . We will just get bad intuitions . I showed them how to transmute low frequency thoughts and emotions to a neutral/ calm state so that they can manifest better . I taught them that all roads lead to desired reality .I teach my kids about it and give them explanations in such simple terms like Nero does. I tell them that their imagination is the real reality and to be careful of what they believe in because then it shows in their reality in some way or fashion . I tell them they are Gods . I also passed down the knowledge to my wife. When I tell you that my reality has done a 360 I mean it with all my energy and emotion… everyday my reality shows synchronicities that they have grasped the knowledge . I am so grateful. People's fears, beliefs, values, likes and dislikes, how they communicate, approach conflict, love themselves and others, etc. - are all directly influenced by their parents until you fully detach from that control and approval. I would like to add that some people have parents that have NPD. The programming they give you is this "generational curse" as they inflict theire suffering onto you without EVER taking responsibility for anything. I dedicated 8 years of my life, to trying to understand this, until two years ago i had this realization.. thanks to god. My life has changed 180 deg inward, everything changed from the inside. My point is, if you are raised by parents that control your reality and if you let them hold power out of habit, you might never break the patterns instilled by external powers. But they did their best and when I finally grew up everything made me the man I am today. Now my mom listens to me , she is 10x more productive then she was when she younger . It’s the more courageous path and takes a lot of personal growth and commitment; but that creates true freedom.
