I would prefer to utilise our natural god gifted tendency ...not everyone's anatomy is same....each one of us different in body pattern and process.... At beginning of my running practice for army 1600, i never focused how to breathe and not...i just practice and practice ignoring how to breathe and now i have cleared army race 1.6 km in excellent category...and i dont know or dont remember how i did breathe 😅😅.....my point is to just put ourself above our endurance capacity for running....which is the only key point to be a good runner

Watch David Goggins if you are 42 . Hrithik Roshan is 45 in his War movie entry scene. Increase your running distance 10 %every week. If you are running 1000mtrs then start jogging 1100mtrs. Age does not matter. Sylvester Stallone (Rambo hero) Look at Sylvester Stallone in his 30and in his 60. He still looks the same. Slowly slowly by Patience and discipline and hardwork you will be able to run 10km daily in under a year.

93kg of what ? All muscles or All Fat? Whatever if you train easy daily for 2hours you will become 60 kg in one year easily. David Goggins lost 50 kg in 3months. He worked hard You can find David Goggins on KZbin vids

Improve hogi. Your knees will become strong for distance running. You have to train specially for 1600mtrs . 1600mtrs needs both long slow runs and short fast runs. Combine them Both
