Funnily enough, the Belgian golden strong ale is the whole reason I got into homebrewing. I had one when I was out of town and haven't been able to find any locally, so I thought "I wonder if I can recreate that?" And I've been brewing ever since. Love the content. Someday I hope I get to brew on your system! Stovetop and kettle it is for me for now

As a belgian (Namur) I really appreciate your videos and the analysis of your homemade beer at the end (wish i could taste it), it is true we have some good strong ales in belgium but most of our beers outside of the pilsners beers are usually higher in alcohol content because the drinking culture isnt the same here :) Smaller volume, more alcohol content, emphasis on the taste. Cheers :)

After watching your videos for the past few years, I finally saved up enough 💰 and ordered my 20 gallon 240v system! I cant wait for it to arrive Monday. How do i get hooked up with one of those killer hats Kyle & Emmet? 😉

Nice! Hollar if you have any questions and make sure to send some pics of what you brew. We only made a few hats. Should we stock them and sell em?
