North Carolina, you can make 10 gallons for personal consumption, and you can't sell it. Without a proper license.

Basically absolutely anything almost can ferment, which I learned from something this guy said I think he lives near Australia. What I will say is this guy is the guy who I started listening to. As he's knowledgeable & he doesn't try to be an expert tutor but he has a. Natural ability to put his wash together or distill&explain. When I was in prison when people came on the wing they would ask who can make drink & normally about 6 of us.They would be informed he can,he can,he can,he does it but it's shit, jock pointing 👉 at me makes it the best, lurch he distills it.I learned how to distill in prison and it's fascinating to watch .As you get to see the ethanol rising and it wriggles down the centre of the clear bag as there's cold water on top iid love to show yous it's a spirit but probably 26-31% at it's best

In the UK you can basically brew and distill whatever you want so long as you don't sell it commercially. Which, considering UK booze consumption, is probably a higher bar than you'd think to actually get in trouble for. You'd have to be flagged by HMRC for tax evasion to actually get in trouble.

Awesome video guys!! I agree that a good thumbnail and title goes a loooong way. Also: I don’t have millions of views but my videos have been doing reasonably well for a small channel that I have so if you want to collaborate with me let me know! I’ll be even traveling to the states (even be in the area of north Georgia) in March and April, so I’m totally open to fun stuff! 😂

Man I love all your videos. I’m a very small KZbinr here in the UK and this advice is absolutely incredible. I’ve not monetised my channel I feel I’m way too small. Thank you for all your efforts making videos ( obviously all the team ) and I love your products hope we can get them in the UK at some point. I appreciate you all cheers from over the pond 👍🍻

[He said "Artificially" increasing alcohol is "illegal" allegedly.] [Frezzing is or can a process of nature..... Right]? [However in my opinion this would be a "natural" increase as it could be accomplished in nature cold climate sitting. outside. Words matter in a very literal sense, however in court of assumption and presumption words are subject to "interpretation" typically using 1 of many senses of a word using a dictionary that public doesn't typically understand, or aware of, or use.... Being some of many editions and authors (blacks 1-?) (Buviers edition) ect... Of a law dictionary of which they are reluctant to tell you which dictionary of law with many senses or interpretation or applied use of such term or word. Hard to say IMO.] [DISCLAIMER: [I am not a lawyer or giving any form of advice legal or otherwise. Im not advocating or condoning any activities or interpreting anything either. Just a honest opinion and perspectives or consideration]. Dont believe anything anyone says including me. Please do your own unbiased research. True education is a self endeavor. [Transparency purposes: I personally have not read the exact specific law, or case related law, to extrapolate the exact term and implied/applied meaning and in what context or reference it it being used in said law. I as well would have to so further research to gain a better perspective of such said "law". Allegedly.] [Upon further inspection it appears that the term "Artificial" is in regards to the "artificial person" and not a artificial process].

Sorry, this is not vodka, this is basically immature bourbon. To make vodka you need 100% wheat and a rectification process. I mean I love bourbon, and I think it is not bad at all, but this is not vodka.

Am I the only one who actually prefers my vodka as close to pure ethanol as possible? Granted I don't really like drinking it raw in the first place but both in case of making cocktails and drinking it raw I'd rather just use less of a more concentrated solution. Sadly I live in a place where the strongest I can legally get is 80% which is straight up retarded as if that last 15% from 80 to 95 mattered in terms of "safety" which is the justification for banning 95% vodka.

Basically its concentrating the levels of ethanol and methanol during the freezing and seperation. To reduce the potential hangover you could heat it to 64.7°C (148.3°F) which is the boiling / evaporation point of the methanol. However not heat to 78 °C (173° F) which is the ethanol boiling point. Providing you kept it under that you would remove the methanol and keep the ethanol and thus reduce the hangover potential. You would still have all the sulfates but that's another thing
