I love your videos, Rob I've been home brewing for a few years now and I thought that I was taking meticulous notes because I have a brew journal and none of my friends do. Then I saw the amount that you measure and discuss in your retrospective videos! I think that's the next step for me to improve my efficiency and dial in repeatable recipes. Cheers Rob, Keep it up
