Love a brewing video Moussa, brewing videos are what brought me to the channel a few years ago. Excellent as always. Enjoy in 4 weeks.

Unfortunately, I can't drink it without taking medication, but I will be interested in what you think of it when you get the chance to try it. Thanks, Dominic!

I had the pleasure of tasting this batch and it tasted great but I agree with Alan a stronger one would be good.

Never seen one of your videos before, but KZbin kept pushing this video into my feed (saw it constantly for the last 3 days!) Not sure how much of an investment I want to make with all the equipment but I'll be saving this for when I finally crack. I also saw you have a video on mead which I'm also interested in :) Thanks for a thorough, engaging and interesting video. I'll be checking out your channel some more, cheers mate!

I never made a ginger beer , maybe it’s time I do .I’m letting my Rauch beer slowly carbonate in the kegerator and hope to taste mid week . Cheers to good beers .

That would be great, Mr Stoneyard. I am looking forward to seeing how you do it! 😆 🤣 😂 After all the trouble I went to, I could even drink it, but apparently, it tastes really good, according to the guys who have tried it! Cheers 🍻

Belta this channel, about to start again after over 15 years out. Gave just about everything away besides a paddle and spoon.

Oxygenation at the start of a brew is good, as the yeast use it to build a colony, so no problem stirring before hand. No need to dump out what's in you hydrometer vial, just make sure to sanitize it beforehand. Also, its a zero not the lette O, as its 1.002 not as its a scientific measure relative to the gravity of water which is 1.000

😆 🤣 😂 Thanks, Paul. I always use best practices as a responsible KZbinr! As I said in the video, good quality tap water is what is recommended by Coopers, which has plenty of oxygen in it. Plus, Both Coopers & Country Brewer highly suggest not to stir the kit brew any more than you need to due to bacteria in the air, which may contaminate the brew which I am sure you don't want. The same goes for the hydrometer! It can be contaminated at any point of the process between the sanitizing and getting a hydrometer reading. So it is highly recommended not to put it back into the fermenter. Yes, I know how to read a hydrometer, but thank you for picking up my O 😆 🤣 😂
